Each aircraft is pressurized, climate controlled, staffed by highly qualified flight and medical teams and are configured with state-of-the-art medical equipment. The air ambulance aircraft are also equipped with a reclining medical bed with built in oxygen, suction, air compressor, and inverter. Critical care air ambulance flights with Internationa Life Flight provide an ICU environment with cardiac monitoring, hemodynamic monitoring, IV infusion pumps, pulse oximetry, emergency medication, de-fibrillation with pacing capabilities and advanced airway management tools. Our medical team members are able to communicate directly with emergency room physicians at any time during a flight.
